Tips on getting the most out of your massage

  • Be sure to be well hydrated the day prior and the day of your massage
  • Try to arrange your schedule so that after your session you can recoup and relax.
  • To avoid dehydration stay away from sugar (artificial sweeteners included), alcohol and caffeine. Pure H20 is best; you may put in fresh lemon, lime juice or herbal tea for flavor.
  • Always communicate with your therapist. Every bodies Different.
  • During your massage talking, sleeping and snoring is absolutely ok, remember this is your time, Relax.
